Osborne M. Hart Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Osborne M. Hart. It is awarded to African-American students who have been accepted into a curriculum program at A-B Tech and who are enrolled as full-time students. Osborne Hart was a native of Asheville President of Hart Funeral Services and a devoted community leader. Recipients must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. It is renewable to first year students.
