Skyland Auto Group

Founded by Curtis Baldwin in 1936, today Skyland has four automotive franchises under one roof: Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram, Mazda, and Mitsubishi. Skyland also added a full service Allstate Insurance Agency in 2013 – the first in North Carolina. Skyland employs 115 people and continues to have close ties to Western North Carolina. It takes pride in helping support the Children’s Hospital at Mission, United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County, the Irene Wortham Center and numerous other charities, including scholarships for A-B Tech students.
