Carol A. Douglas Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Carol Douglas. Carol taught mathematics as an adjunct instructor and was noted as a warm and caring instructor. She also proved to be one of the best academic advisors, as she was put in charge of recruiting and advising students in the RIBN (Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses) program devised between Western Carolina University and A-B Tech. This scholarship is provided to students enrolled in the RIBN program. Other qualifications include a minimum 2.5 GPA.
