State Employees' Credit Union Foundation (SECU)

State Employees’ Credit Union is a state chartered credit union headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina regulated under the authority of the Credit Union Division of the NC Department of Commerce. Through a generous donation from the SECU Foundation, the SECU Foundation scholarship is provided to students that best exemplify the membership philosophy of credit unions, “People Helping People” and has demonstrated leadership, excellence of character, integrity, and community involvement.
